A 30-year-old Hutchinson man free on a 6-thousand dollar bond after he allegedly sold a half pound of marijuana to an undercover drug detective late in the evening on August 19, is scheduled to be in court again Wednesday.

Kenneth Boyer is charged with sale of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and two counts of no tax stamp.

Boyer met with the undercover detective in the parking lot of Family Video at 30th & Severance. He sold the detective a half pound of marijuana for 500-dollars. He was then arrested and allegedly told detectives that he had more pot at his home. He took the officers there where allegedly another 392-grams of marijuana was found.

The hearing Wednesday is in front of Magistrate Judge Randy McEwen.
