A 22-year-old Hutchinson man accused in two cases involving marijuana entered pleas in both cases as charged this morning.
Deonte Hullaby in the first case entered pleas to possession of marijuana with intent to sell, where he allegedly had at least 25-grams, but less then 450.
He’s also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to package, no tax stamp, possession of anabolic steroids and personal use paraphernalia.
He was allegedly caught with the drugs on April 13, of this year.
The other case involves misdemeanors charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. This case involves a search of his home in the 600 block of West 7th. They apparently found a sandwich bag with marijuana inside. They also found drug paraphernalia. This occurring on May 29, of this year.
With him entering pleas, sentencing is scheduled for November 22.
