HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 28-year-old Hutchinson man arrested on three charges after he allegedly threatened two people with a handgun has now been formally charged.

Cody Collins is now charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

It happened around 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 when a couple reported the incident in the 200 block of East F.

Collins was found by police and taken to jail where his bond was set at $6,000.
