A 22-year-old Hutchinson man arrested last week on indecent liberties and solicitation charges can now add rape to the mix.

Ryan O’Malley was in court Wednesday morning where he was read the formal complaint alleging the sexual contact with a child, who was 13-years-old. Charges include rape, aggravated indecent liberties with a child and electronic solicitation. The alleged crimes occurring between January 28 and January 30 of this year.

His bond is set at 50-thousand dollars and the case has now been placed on a waiver-status docket for April 2.
