HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 56-year-old man was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday after he was struck by a vehicle in the Kuhn-Krause parking lot in the 400 block of East C.

The victim was identified as 56-year-old Eric Duncan and the driver of the car was 44-year-old James Richardson.

The accident occurred just after 4:30 p.m.
