Hutch Woman Arrested For Drugs And Theft

A Hutchinson woman who was allegedly involved with murder suspect Billy Craig Jr., in a conspiracy to produce fake drivers licenses finds herself in trouble in a different way.

33-year-old Kylie Hartman was arrest Friday initially for theft after allegedly shoplifting at Wal-Mart. She was then taken to jail where she allegedly had drugs on her. She was then arrested not only for the theft charge, but also trafficking in contraband into a correctional facility, two counts of possession of stimulants, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The charges against her involving the conspiracy to produce the fake driver’s license were dismissed, but Billy Craig still faces those charges and a third co-defendent, Kasey Pisoni entered a plea in the case and is currently on probation.

Craig, as you know by now, also faces murder charges along with Charles Christopher Logsdon. Craig also has a pending drug case.

Hartman is currently free on bond for this latest arrest, meaning that any appearance in court will probably come late next week.
