Hutch woman charged with stealing a thousand dollars or more in lottery tickets

HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 27-year-old woman appeared in Reno County District Court Friday where she was read the complaint charging her with felony theft.

Martina Brison is is accused of stealing lottery tickets with a value of at least a $1,000 but less then $25,000. The tickets were allegedly stolen on Nov. 24, 2015 from a local Kwik Shop.

Magistrate Judge Cheryl Allen set a status hearing in the case for April 8.
