
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A local woman arrested back on Jan. 30 for drug distribution was back before a judge Friday for the formal reading of charges.
Diana Dominguez is now charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana with two or more convictions, interference with law enforcement and personal use drug paraphernalia.
The arrest was made by Hutchinson Police.
She is also facing a probation violation in other cases. Her bond is set at $98,000.
Her new case now moves to a waiver-status docket.
