A Hutchinson woman arrested early Wednesday for allegedly breaking into a Hutchinson man’s home, battering him, then demanding cash made a court appearance on the charges against her.
41-year-old Dora Walker is accused of aggravated robbery, and aggravated burglary. 57-year-old Robert Stout of Hutchinson told police that a white female entered his residence without permission early Wednesday, battered him and demanded cash.
Police came to the scene and began looking for Walker. She was found in the 400 block of North Elm, then arrested on the two charges.
The incident reportedly occurring just after 2 a-m Wednesday morning.
In court, she asked for a reduction of the 35-thousand dollar bond. That was denied by Magistrate Judge Randy McEwen.
