HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 19-year-old Hutchinson Community College athlete was arrested Tuesday at his dorm on campus for drug-related charges.

Jordon Slocum, a HutchCC athlete from Georgia, was arrested at the dorm at 1501 N. Ford after officials found marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

In court, Magistrate Judge Daniel Gilligan indicated that Slocum admitted the drugs were his and that he bought the marijuana in Macon, Georgia.

His bond was set at $1,000. He will be back in court Aug. 19.
