Hutchinson City Council to consider financing for entertainment center

HUTCHINSON, Kan. – Another step for a entertainment center including a bowling alley at 23 rd & Lorraine is scheduled to be considered by the Hutchinson City Council Tuesday.

The council will consider a resolution determining issuing industrial revenue bonds for the center for the principal amount not to exceed $4,150,000.00 and the aggregate amount not to exceed $2,350,000.00

The council will also consider a resolution for lease agreement with the Kansas Department of Transportation for access to certain communications system equipment.

The council also will also consider a special use permit for a day-care center in the 1200 block on east 7th, and a donation of a sculpture by First National Bank.

The meeting is scheduled for 9 a.m., at City Hall.
