Hutchinson Community College and Area Vocational School is launching, “Fast Forward,” a new package of hybrid courses that will offer more flexibility for students and their busy schedules, minimizing the number of evenings on campus while maximizing their credit hour potential. This will begin in spring 2012.

The courses will combine four face to face meeting times with online course work over
an eight week period. There will be three sessions, starting at week 1, week 4, and week 9 to cover the entire semester.

They will begin the second week of the semester in an effort to best accommodate students.

Fast Forward also includes courses from 5:00-6:25 p-m, that will enhance the schedule and provide more opportunities for students to complete general education requirements.

The Fast Forward schedule will provide students with flexibility in their schedule as well as the opportunity to earn at least nine credits per semester.
