A 21-year-old Hutchinson man was taken to jail Monday evening after he allegedly threatened another man with a gun.

Dakota Bass was arrested in the 200 block of east 10th, after he allegedly threatened 36-year-old Richard Steckly with the gun around 5:20 p-m. The charge is aggravated assault.

Bass is free on bond and should make a first appearance on the charge at a later date.
