Pre-Trial Hearing For Hutchinson Man Charged In Potpourri Case Continued

A 71-year-old man arrested on 34-charges associated being in possession of synthetic marijuana, bath salts, and potpourri was scheduled for court Friday for a pretrial hearing, however his attorney, Alice Osburn is down with the flu, so the hearing has been continued.

Donald Gregg is charged in the case for crimes allegedly occurring on November 17, 2011.

The raid occurring at their Corner Store at 1210 E 4th. There were allegedly over 500 individual containers of potpourri with the JWH-210 compound, K-2 and other brands of herbal incense, methamphetamine, fake social security cards, handguns and a large amount of cash seized.

The hearing when it occurs will determine if the case is actually going to trial. If it is, then the judge will set a deadline for motions to be filed prior to the trial beginning.
