A 26-year-old Hutchinson man was in court Wednesday morning for the formal reading of charges including 5-counts of aggravated burglary of a business at 1212 West 4th.
Matthew Yohn is accused of being in the building on December 8, December 10, December 16, December 19, of last year and again on April 29, 2012.
He’s also charged with three counts of theft where he’s alleged to have taken coins, personal items, other cash, and an amp meter. Those items taken on three separate dates including December 8th and 10th, of last year, and March 16, of this year.
He was initially arrested for the five counts of aggravated burglary, five counts of theft, and five counts of criminal damage, but the state dropped some of the counts when they filed formal charges.
With the formal charges filed, the case will now be placed on a waiver-status docket.
