SALINE COUNTY — Two people were injured in an accident just after 9p.m. Saturday in Saline County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Toyota Tundra driven by Toby K. Dirks, 58, Hutchinson, was northbound on Interstate 135 just north of Old U.S. 81.

The Toyota rear-ended a 2003 Chevy Silverado driven by Jaime Aguilar-Guillen, 44, Salina. The Silverado entered the east ditch where it overturned.

Dirks and Aguilar-Guillen were transported to the hospital in Salina. The drivers were not wearing seat belts, according to the KHP.
