HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The jury in the rape case involving a Hutchinson man found him not guilty of rape, but guilty of aggravated criminal sodomy.

Nathan Allen Crum was accused of sexually assaulting a local woman while they watched a movie at his home. Crum admitted they had sex, but claims it was consensual. The sodomy incident occurred Aug. 17, 2018.

With the verdict, Reno County District Judge Tim Chambers set sentencing for Oct. 11.
