A 30-year-old Hutchinson man who has been on community corrections for a 2009 burglary case was scheduled for court Wednesday for two different cases, however he wasn’t transported from out of county where he is being held on a corrections violation, the hearing has been moved to 10 a-m, Thursday.

Roger Weber Jr., is no stranger to law enforcement with other convictions for drugs and theft and is again charged with possession of drug, this time marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested in the unit block of west 10th, back on February 19. He’s scheduled for a status hearing in that case.

In the other case, he faces three counts of failing to register as a drug offender on three occasions which comes from the convictions for drug related charges including being in possession of ephedrine as a precursor to the manufacturing of methamphetamine.

Bond for the two cases is at 38-thousand dollars and both case are scheduled for hearing in front of Judge Joe McCarville, again now on Thursday.
