Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System today announced that they have finalized agreements with two new KanCare health plans – AmeriGroup of Kansas and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Kansas to provide services for Medicaid consumers.

Kevin Miller, Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System President and CEO, explained that, “we entered into a provider agreement with Sunflower State Health Plan late in 2012. By entering into agreements with Amerigroup and UnitedHealthcare, our healthcare system will continue to be a participating provider for all KanCare participants throughout 2013.”

“We are very pleased that we have been able to develop agreements with all 3 of the state’s KanCare health plans, and that their members will be able to receive health care services at Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System,” said Miller.
