HUTCHINSON, Kan. — For three days next month, the 11th annual Downtown Hutchinson Rod Run & Classic Car Show will fill the downtown area.

Visitors will be surrounded by some hot rods, street rods, rat rods, antique and classic cars, trucks, motorcycles and wrapped vehicles.

Promoter Jim Gruver talked about one of the events that will kick off the three days:

 

This is a big event every year for the downtown area and Gruver says that’s part of the reason they started the event at that location:

 

The 2018 event will feature the Oktoberfest BBQ and Craft Beer Festival, as well as the kid’s “All Wheels” show in Memorial Hall.

The 11th Annual Downtown Hutchinson Rod Run and Classic Car Show sponsored by Allen Samuels is Oct. 5 through 7.
