
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A local woman was before a judge Friday morning on charges associated with a domestic case from August.
Anastasia Patterson has been charged by the state with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, domestic battery, battery of a law enforcement officer and interference with law enforcement.
The assault case is for threatening a man with a knife. She is also charged with striking the victim and a police officer.
She was also charged with interference for resisting arrest and removing the handcuffs an officer had placed on her.
This occurred during a disturbance call back on Aug. 16.
With the charges filed, the case now moves to a waiver-status docket.
