A 27-year-old Hutchinson woman who entered a plea for engaging in inappropriate conduct with a 15-year-old girl back on February 23 was sentenced this morning to 52-months in prison. That for a charge of indecent liberties with a child.

Kristy Herald had earlier allegedly admitted she was involved in the consensual relationship with the 15-year-old, and was arrested again at one point since her arrest because she reportedly had made contact with the victim in the case again, using a false name on facebook, that being Ashlynn Smith.

Judge Joe McCarville had revoked her earlier bond of 10-thousand dollars and set a new bond of 100-hundred thousand. The contact occurring between March 30 and April 27.

She will be credited with time spent in the county jail.
