KANSAS CITY, KANSAS – 29-year-old Kristopher Hausback, of Spring Hill, Kansas, is charged with one count of using a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing child pornography, and one count of possession of child pornography. The crimes are alleged to have occurred in August 2011 in Leawood, a suburb of Kansas City.

If convicted, he faces a penalty of not less than 15 years and not more than 30 years in federal prison and a fine up to $250,000 on the production charge and a maximum penalty of 10 years and a fine up to $250,000 on the possession charge.
