JUNCTION CITY –A large group from Junction City High School boarded three travel busses on Tuesday morning for a trip to the Valero Alamo Bowl in San Antonio, Texas.

The group consisting of the JCHS Marching Band, JC Singers, and Chamber Orchestra will perform in different activities on the trip.

The bowl game between Kansas State and UCLA is Friday evening.

The group cancelled a planned performance in Oklahoma City Tuesday due to the cold weather.

They return to Junction City Saturday night.
