The Kansas State Fair has received Awards of Distinction in categories of Agriculture and Competitive Exhibits from the International Association of Fairs and Expositions, during their annual meeting in Springfield Missouri. State Fair General Manager Denny Stoecklein says it’s always nice to be recognized by your peers for success.
The Fair received first place in its respective division for the Overall Program for Commercial Agricultural Exhibitors and for Interactive Competitive Exhibit. Stoecklein says the two awards show a balance between the old and the new for those that visit the fair each year.
The IAFE awards promote fair members to share best practices and ideas that will advance the industry. All entries are judged by IAFE members.
