Collins Bus in South Hutchinson is looking for a new President. E-ONE, Inc., a market-leading manufacturer of first responder apparatus, has appointed Kent Tyler as president and CEO. Tyler replaces Peter Guile, who was appointed CEO of Allied Specialty Vehicles (ASV), the parent company of E-ONE, in January. Tyler has been with Collin’s Bus since 1997 and has been its president and CEO since 2007.
Tyler has more than 14-years of experience in the specialty vehicle manufacturing industry, having joined Collins Industries in 1997. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree from Missouri State University. Tyler and his family will relocate to the Ocala, FL, area.
E-ONE engineers and manufactures mission-critical vehicles including custom and commercial pumpers tankers, Water Master vacuum tankers, aerial ladders and platforms, command and communication apparatus, quick attack units, industrial trucks, and aircraft rescue firefighting vehicles. The company sells its products world-wide and is headquartered in Ocala, Florida.
