MURDOCK – A 73-year-old Murdock woman was killed in a Kingman County accident Monday.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Mary E. Green was southbound on 80th Avenue when she lost control of her vehicle and rolled.

She was seatbelted in, but still passed away, with her body taken to the Sedgwick County Forensic Science Center for further investigation.

A passenger in her vehicle, 91-year-old Thelda E. Blank, also of Murdock was not injured.

The accident occurring at 11:15 a-m Monday at 80th Avenue and East Bluff Street, about 2-miles east of Murdock.
