69th Pennington to Wilson

Meanwhile, the Rice County Emergency Communications Center is advising that 22nd Road (Hunter Boulevard) at the Sterling blacktop (Avenue V) does have high water, but is not closed at this time. Additionally, 20th Road at the Saxman turn-off also has some high water, but is still open to traffic.
