HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 28-year-old Hutchinson man was taken to jail Monday evening on three charges after he allegedly threatened two people with a handgun.

It happened around 6:30 p.m. when a couple reported the incident in the 200 block of East F.

Cody Collins was found by police and arrested for aggravated assault, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $6,000.
