HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A man arrested Feb. 17, 2018, for distribution of marijuana has been jailed for that charge after his arrest Tuesday.

Xavier Terry faces the charge for allegedly selling between 25 and 450 grams of marijuana. The arrest was made by the Haven Police Department, according to the criminal complaint.

He will be back in court on July 24.
