HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 33-year-old man arrested back on Sept. 19 on drug and traffic charges and failed to make a first appearance in court was before the judge Monday.

Lucas Mobley was arrested by South Hutchinson Police after a traffic stop where drugs and paraphernalia were allegedly found inside the vehicle.

Charges filed by the state include possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one with intent to distribute and the other for personal use.

The traffic charges include driving while an habitual violator, an illegal display and no insurance.

He was able to post bond when the arrest occurred and is free now. His case now moves to a waiver-status docket.
