A 40-year-old Hutchinson man is jailed on a 16-thousand dollar bond after he was arrested for forgery, criminal use of a financial card, interference with law enforcement, theft. Two counts of theft by deception, burglary of a dwelling and using a drivers license that wasn’t his.

Albert Treece is accused of stealing from the Game On at 1500 East 11th, in Hutchinson, but also committing a burglary of a local home and stealing.

Unless he makes bond, he should make a first appearance Tuesday morning.
