
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A 36-year-old man arrested back in the early morning hours of July 7 in a drug distribution case was arraigned Monday morning where he entered a “not guilty” plea.
Michael A. Huffman is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell with an amount between 3.5 and 100 grams. Other charges include possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of other drugs.
He was arrested by police at the intersection of 7th & Jackson in Hutchinson.
He has prior convictions for drugs and burglary in cases going back to 2013 and 2014.
He is free on bond and the case will move to the trial docket.
