Lucas Mobley

HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A man arrested back on Sept. 19 on drug and traffic charges was scheduled to make first appearance in court Monday morning but failed to appear.

33-year-old Lucas Mobley was arrested by South Hutchinson Police after a traffic stop and allegedly drugs and paraphernalia was found inside the vehicle.

Charges include possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one with intent to distribute and the other for personal use.

The traffic charges include driving while an habitual violator, an illegal display and no insurance.

He was able to post bond when the arrest occurred, so the first appearance was scheduled for Monday morning. When he didn’t show up in court, Magistrate Judge Cheryl Allen issued a bench warrant with a $20,000 bond.
