Emergency Management Director Bill Guy says that on Monday at 8:00 a-m, there will be a meeting with the State of Kansas on damage assessment for public entities in Reno County. He says, this is not for the general public, only for cities, county, townships and private non-profits etc., who incurred damages from the storms beginning on July 22.

The meeting will be held in the Veteran’s Room in the basement of the Reno County Courthouse.

At least one individual from each of those entities which had damages should attend this meeting with an estimate of repair costs, according to Guy.

Again, that meeting will be Monday at 8:00 a-m.
