SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Mennonite Friendship Communities is having its first-ever Senior Olympics on Friday. Dannielle Kidd, Life Enhancement Coordinator with MFC talks about the first-time event:

 

Games include basketball toss, corn hole, javelin throw, nailing contest, chair volleyball and an obstacle course.

Mandi Blumanhourst, Mayor of South Hutchinson, will present the awards to residents. The games begin at 9 a.m., with the awards handed out during the closing ceremonies at 1 p.m.
