HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Two people escaped serious injuries after a two-vehicle accident around 5:45 p.m. Sunday at 95th and Plum.
Forty-seven-year-old Terry Rogers of Little River was northbound on Plum when 18-year-old Brandon Moore of Hutchinson, who was westbound on 95th, failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by Rogers.
Moore complained of minor injuries and was taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center by a private vehicle.
Rogers was able to drive away from the scene.
Moore was cited for failing to yield at the stop sign.
