HUTCHINSON, Kan. – A 49-year-old man was cited for failing to yield a posted stop sign at Avenue G and K-61 Friday afternoon.

Kyle Alpers was struck on his motorcycle by 20-year-old Deandra Mick of Arlington.

Alpers and his passenger were both taken to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries.

The accident occurring around 2:12 p.m.
