NICKERSON, Kan. — A Nickerson man arrested back on March 31 in a domestic case has been arrested again in a new domestic case.

Frankie Allen Skeen faces a possible charge of felony criminal threat. It happened just before 1 p.m. Saturday when Reno County Sheriff’s Deputies were called about a man threatening to kill his wife.

Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the victim who told them that Skeen had a knife and threatened her. She said Skeen jumped on top of her in the bed and threatened to kill her. Deputies located Skeen on the property near a metal shed. He was reportedly still in possession of the knife.

Skeen is already charged with aggravated battery, attempted aggravated battery, and two misdemeanor counts of domestic battery for the case from March.

In that case, he reportedly struck the victim with a mop handle that had a knife attached to it during an altercation. He is also accused of choking the victim with a cord and battering her.

His bond in the latest case is set at $1,500. He should be back in court next week.
