HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Online enrollment is underway for several area school districts.

Hutchinson USD 308 has announced that online enrollment is now open for students returning to USD 308 and whose parents have an email address on file with the district.

An email was sent to those families Thursday morning. Because email providers are increasingly labeling messages from organizations as spam, families who believe they should have gotten an email are asked to check their spam folder first.

Families who don’t want to enroll online or have students new to the district, including new pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students, are asked to enroll in person. Pre-K to 8 enrollment is Aug. 1 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the student’s school. Pre-kindergarten enrollment is at Avenue A. HHS walk-in enrollment is Aug. 6 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The first day of classes for Pre-K through ninth grade is Aug. 16. Sophomores through seniors report on Aug. 17.

In Buhler USD 313, online enrollment will be held through Aug. 5 with in-person enrollment set for Aug. 3 for all schools. The first day of school is Aug. 15.

Online enrollment is also available for new and returning students in Nickerson USD 309. If your child is a returning student, you will need your Powerschool login information. Call the District Office for assistance with your username and password. Parents or guardians of children new to the district can register online for a new login.
