Its been long vacant since the Osco Drug Store closed its doors in 2006. Now, a Wichita realtor has purchased the building and is making plans to develop the property. Classic Real Estate made the purchase last month.

No plans are available at this time as to what new owner Christian Ablah has in store for the property at 4th & Plum, but he is looking for at least a temporary tenant until more firm plans are made. They hope to have a long term deal finalized sometime next year.

Osco Drug closed after the company was purchased by CVS Pharmacy.
