OLATHE, Kan. (AP) — Authorities have arrested a suspect in a fatal shooting outside a bar in Olathe.

Police said in a news release that a 38-year-old man was shot late Wednesday at the Double Nickel Bar & Brill and died at the scene. The man’s name wasn’t immediately released.

Police say the 28-year-old male suspect was taken into custody near the area. Authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
