HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Police had to bust up a Halloween party early Sunday that involved minors drinking.

Twenty-four-year-old Rolando Gonzales was arrested for hosting the party with minors present. Two others, 25-year-old Saul Gonzales and 22-year-old Giselle Gonzales, were issued summons for doing the same thing.

Nineteen others who were underage and drinking at the party were all issued summons for illegal consumption of liquor.

This occurred in the 2600 block of East 30th. Police arrived at the party around 1:30 a.m.
