HUTCHINSON, Kan. – Police are investigating the report of two white males, described as being around fifteen years of age, seen jumping on parked vehicles in the 100 block of East 9th around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday.

One of the males was seen recording the event on his cell phone. Police are seeking information on whether anyone may have seen a video of this type of activity posted on someone’s Facebook page or would ask that parents of kids matching that age that could have been in that area to check their kid’s phones for that type of video on their phones.
