HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Police Department’s volunteers have changed the “Back To School” Fun Event. It’s no longer going to be on Aug. 13 at George Pyle Park.

They have teamed up with the Hutch Recreation Commission to have a kids’ swimming event at Salt City Splash on Aug. 19 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Kids under 18 years old can swim for free.

Parents can swim for $2.00. There will be free food, drinks, prizes and inflatables.

So come have some fun at the Salt City Splash Park on Aug. 19.
