HUTCHINSON, Kan. – Police did a positive enforcement in the 700 block of West 17th Thursday night. They say they contacted 279 drivers. Eight adult seat belt violation warnings were given. Four Child Restraint violation warnings were given.

This was part of the “Buckle Up Hutch” programs. They say it was a positive enforcement and that a lot of drivers were buckled up and they are happy with our results.
