HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson City Council will meet in a joint session with the Hutchinson Recreation Commission at 8 a.m. Tuesday in the City Council Chambers conference room.

The City Council and HRC will discuss the Parks, Recreation and the Open Spaces Master Plan.

Amy Conkling with the Hutchinson Recreation Commission says there is an organization called Green Play that will be working with them on their master plan over the next three days:
