RENO COUNTY — Just after 3 p.m Sunday, emergency personnel was dispatched to Valley Pride and Lake Cable for a two-vehicle accident. Units arrived to find both vehicles heavily damage. 

Stacy Nolan, 43, of Hutchinson, said she was driving eastbound on Lake Cable Road and didn’t see a truck, which entered the intersection at the same time. The truck hit her vehicle on the passenger side. Nolan had three juvenile passengers in her vehicle; all three reported injuries. One was transported by Eagle-Med helicopter to Wesley Medical Center and another was transported by Reno County EMS to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.

The truck was driven by Tyler Marks, 23, of Hutchinson. He was going northbound on Valley Pride Road and didn’t see Nolan’s vehicle. Marks and his wife, 23-year-old Kaitlyn Marks of Hutchinson, were not injured.

This accident is still under investigation.
