During their observations Thursday, Emergency Management officials have seen that the water on Cow Creek continues to slowly rise and expect it will continue to do so for the next day or so. However, the water on the Little Arkansas River has begun to recede and hopefully will continue to do so. They anticipate to continue with flooding for the next few days. Of course any additional rain could add to the problems.
