BUSHTON, Kan. — A 32-year-old Hoisington man was taken to a Great Bend hospital Thursday night after a one-vehicle accident in extreme northwest Rice County.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Nicholas Curtice was eastbound on Kansas Highway 4 when his vehicle crossed the center line and his SUV entered the north ditch. He then lost control and the vehicle overturned several times coming to rest facing west.
Curtice was transported to Clara Barton Hospital in Great Bend for treatment.
The accident occurred just after 10 p.m., two miles west of Bushton, in Rice County.
